Store Purchase Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the content, we offer a conditional 7-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with the content you have purchased, we welcome your refund request.

If you have difficulty accessing your purchase, please submit a ticket to support@resellerights.pro. If we are unable to resolve your issues to access your product, we will provide you with a full refund, regardless of your purchase date.

 

Membership Purchase Refund Policy

Monthly Memberships: There are no refunds for monthly memberships, however, you can cancel your membership at any time. (Cancellation will stop your recurring payments and will remove your access to the member’s area)

Annual Membership: You have three days to request a full refund after the purchase of an annual membership. After three days, you have 30 days to request a 50% refund.

 

Return Of Purchased Products

As we are unable to physically receive back your digital purchase from us, you must discontinue use and delete and items purchased from resellrights.pro for which you have received a refund.

We understand there are some who may take advantage of the refund policy. For this reason, we reserve the right to deny a refund for customers who habitually purchase and request refunds- as they may be exploiting this policy.
